The clock in our room was broken, so I woke up naturally despite their total incompetence. I asked for a wakeup call and was pleasantly told that it would happen. After four tries, we gave up and just laid clothes on the other bed and decided that they had a clown working the desk. Twice more, at hourly intervals, we were told that it would take about 5 minutes. When we asked again, about an hour later we were advised that it would take about 5 minutes. When we learned that coat hangars were available on request, we asked for some, and were told that they would be up in about 5 minutes.
Everything else about this place is somewhere between bad and terrible.
